Privacy Policy

Daily AI Games ("we", "the site") is a free browser games directory. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we don't have user accounts, we don't run ad-tracking pixels, and we collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Play counts. When you press Play on a game, we increment that game's counter. The request contains your IP address for rate limiting only; we do not store IPs with play counts or build profiles from them.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs — IP, URL, timestamp, user agent — for security and abuse prevention, retained for a short period.
• Submissions. If you submit a game, we store what you type into the form (name, contact, game link, description) to review and possibly publish your game. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We do not collect names, emails or any personal identifier unless you give them to us in the submission form.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself sets no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Games run inside sandboxed iframes and cannot access your data. If we add analytics or ads in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Children's privacy

The site is family-friendly and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we don't collect personal information at all beyond voluntary submissions, there is nothing for a child to disclose.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold that relates to you (in practice: a game submission). Contact us through the submission page and we will act on verified requests promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
