Welcome to Daily AI Games. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and plain.

Playing games

All games on the site are free to play. Games run sandboxed in your browser and are provided "as is". We playtest every published game, but AI-generated software can contain bugs — if a game misbehaves, tell us and we will fix or pull it.

Game submissions

• You confirm you have the rights to the game you submit, including code, art and audio.
• Submitted games are reviewed by humans before publishing; unreviewed or rejected games are never made public.
• You keep full ownership and credit. Publishing on Daily AI Games grants us a non-exclusive right to host and display the game on this site.
• Games must not contain malicious code, unauthorized third-party assets, or content unsuitable for a general audience.
• We may remove any published game at any time, for any reason (including copyright complaints).

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to manipulate play counts, spam the submission form, or attack the site's infrastructure.
• Do not scrape or republish site content at scale without permission.
• Automated abuse gets rate-limited and blocked.
